Well I've been thinking that we've derailed the Flash thread enough. So I'm making this one. I guess I'll try to be positive in this post since most others I complain, well I've liked The first Blackest Night issue hopefully it won't end like with a dud like Final Crisis.

The Avengers have been pretty good,

Not sure what to think about the Bat comics, I like Nightwing , but him being Batman just feels like Nightwing in a Bat suit. But I have liked the interaction between him, and Damien.

Also I like the art rom Adventure Comics its really good.

I've been enjoying the Avengers for a few years now, which is a bit odd since I wasn't really into them growing up. The character interesting has been quite interesting. I'm also liking the way they treat the villains. I thought seeing The Wrecker at his suburban home in Jersey was great.

Well now the message boards are all angry at a Justice Leauge issue because apprently Green Lantern told Green Arrow he had sexy time with Huntress , and Lady Blackhawk.

I don't see the big deal although I don't have the comic. I guess I'm numb after Seeing Daken try to get busy with everey member of the Dark Avengers. Even Venom

It doesn't seem like Green Lantern brag about his conquests. I thought he was a gentleman. I guess turning into a genocidal maniac will do that to you.

Well I just read the scene ,and it wasn't what people were making it out to be. Hal didn't brag. Ollie heard it as a rumor and Hal said " I'd rather be known for the planes I fly." Looks like people blew it out of proportion.

That's a pretty good line he had. Very Hollywood. Maybe Ryan Reynolds won't be such a bad Lantern after all.

Now the musical chairs of mantles in the batbooks is complete. Spoiler is now Batgirl for some reason.

I hear Kid Flash is getting his own series now. I might look into it but I buy enough as it is.

I'm kind of surprised Kid Flash hasn't had a book before. Yes, his origin is multo lame-o, but super speed is a cool power and the kid has interesting friends. Could be kind of like Marvel Team-Up.

Well when think about a lot of characters origins are pretty lame well maybe not mutants since they evolved that way. But most of them are radition did it or or magic or something.

But I see what what you mean inolving anything with the Legion Of Superheroes is problematic since they seem to reboot once evrey few years.

Still though I like your idea for a bart team up book I'd probably get it if it was that format.

Wow. DC Direct I might understand, but a figure marketed to kids? Weird. Or is that a custom?

Not a custom. it was on the DC website. and it's going out to Wal mart Which like you said is really weird, Especially since in all the cartoons , and present comics Supergirl is alive, and well I doubt kids would know about a comic story from over 20 yeas ago.

Walmart is even more suprising, given how uptight they usually are.
